SAT Requirements
The University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) requires SAT scores for admission, but the institution is test-optional for students who choose not to submit them. However, submitting SAT scores can provide a competitive edge, especially for scholarships and merit-based financial aid.
While SAT scores are not mandatory for admission, they play a crucial role in merit-based scholarships and financial aid decisions. UVI values a holistic review of applicants, considering not only SAT scores but also high school GPA, extracurricular activities, and essays. This approach ensures that students are evaluated based on their overall potential and preparedness for college.
