SAT Requirements
Point Loma Nazarene University requires all applicants to submit either SAT or ACT scores as part of their admission process. While the university is not test-optional, many students opt to showcase their academic abilities through these standardized tests.
The SAT is preferred by PLNU for evaluating academic readiness, as it provides a clear measure of a student's critical thinking, reading, and writing skills. The university does not consider ACT scores for admission purposes unless the student has not taken the SAT.
