SAT Requirements
Cottey College requires all applicants to submit either SAT or ACT scores. While the SAT is not mandatory for all students, it is highly recommended for those applying for merit scholarships or competitive programs. The college does not specify a strict cutoff score, but a higher SAT score can significantly enhance your chances of admission and eligibility for financial aid.
Submitting SAT scores can also provide valuable information to the admissions committee, as it offers insights into your critical thinking, reading comprehension, and writing skills. These skills are essential for success in college and beyond. Additionally, SAT scores can help the college assess your preparedness for the academic challenges you will face.
