SAT Requirements
The SAT is a critical component of the University of Texas at El Paso's admissions process. While UTEP does not require the SAT for all applicants, submitting your scores can provide a significant advantage in the competitive admission process.

Students are encouraged to submit their SAT scores by December 1 for the fall semester and May 1 for the spring semester.

Competitive Score: 1180
Average Score: 1000
Test Policy
