SAT Requirements
Lubbock Christian University requires all applicants to submit either the SAT or ACT scores. The SAT is recommended for students planning to major in fields requiring strong verbal and mathematical skills. While both tests are accepted, the SAT is preferred for students applying for competitive scholarships. LCU values a holistic review of applicants, meaning they consider not only test scores but also essays, recommendation letters, and extracurricular activities. However, SAT scores play a significant role in the admissions decision, particularly for students applying for scholarships.
